Our global headquarters is based in Singapore, managing and expanding our operations in Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Australia. We are dedicated to providing the fastest route to transforming your body through expert-guided Pilates sessions focused on mobility, posture correction, and overall well-being.

Your Role

• Deliver personalized Pilates sessions tailored to each client’s condition and goals.
• Learn to assess posture and provide safe, effective instruction.
• Build trusting relationships that support client transformation.
• Stay committed to your own learning and growth journey.
• Work in shift schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Manage client schedules, payments, and booking updates.
• Coordinate with instructors and managers for smooth operations.
• Support client communication and maintain studio readiness.
• Help with studio maintenance, including supplies, equipment, and cleanliness.

Who We’re Looking For

• Available for full-time work.
• Willing to work in Jakarta.
• No prior experience required — just a strong desire to learn.
• Background in fitness, yoga, healthcare, sports science, or similar fields is welcome.
• Career switchers and experienced fitness professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, curious, and passionate about wellness.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Japanese language ability is a plus.
• Willing to complete luluto’s training program, provided free after hiring.
