- A minimum of 2 participants is required for the course to run.
- If this minimum is not met, all payments (including deposits) will be fully refunded.
- All payments are strictly non-refundable once made, except:
- If the organizer cancels or reschedules the course, or
- If the minimum enrolment requirement is not met.
- In these cases, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a future session.
- If a participant cancels their enrolment:
- More than 14 days before the course start date: no refund, but a one-time transfer to a future session may be allowed at the organizer’s discretion.
- Within 14 days of the course start date: no refund or transfer.
- No-show or failure to attend: considered a forfeiture of the full course fee.
- Delivery may be adjusted (e.g., online, rescheduled) in case of government restrictions, health emergencies, or natural disasters.
- If no alternative is possible, a full refund will be provided.
- Participants confirm they are in good health and able to participate safely.
- Those with medical restrictions (cardiac, orthopedic, or physician-imposed) must obtain medical clearance.
- The organizer is not liable if participants join against medical advice.
- Participation in this course is at the individual’s own risk.
- The organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur, whether during supervised sessions (including lectures and training) or during self-practice sessions.
- This exclusion does not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence cannot be excluded where prohibited by law.
- To the extent permitted by law, the organizer’s total liability shall not exceed the total course fee paid by the participant.
The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the course schedule, instructors, venue, and content where necessary.
To be eligible for certification, participants must:
- Attend all sessions of the full six-day training program.
- Pass the final assessment.
- Self-practice in preparation for the final assessment must be conducted independently, and studio facilities may not be used for this purpose.
- The organizer shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during self-practice.
- The first exam attempt is included in the course fee.
- If a participant fails and requires a re-test, a re-test fee of Rp 1,300,000 applies per additional attempt.
- Exam dates are set by the organizer and communicated in advance.
- Participants may request to reschedule only in exceptional circumstances, subject to approval.
- If a participant requests to reschedule more than two times, a rescheduling fee of Rp 1,300,000 will apply.
- Unapproved absences from scheduled exams will be considered a failed attempt.
- Any form of harassment, illegal substances, or disruptive conduct will result in dismissal without refund.
- All participants will receive printed course materials.
- Pre-study materials are provided online with a 1-month access limit before the course.
- Full course materials are provided with online access valid for 3 months from the course start date.
- Participants must create a Google account to access online resources.
- Recording of sessions (audio, video, or streaming) is strictly prohibited.
- Materials are for personal study only and must not be copied, shared, or commercialized.
- On the first day of training, participants will be asked whether they consent to the use of photos or videos for promotional purposes.
- Consent is voluntary and not mandatory.
- Participants who agree will sign the consent form on that day.
- Consent may be withdrawn at any time by notifying the organizer in writing.
- Personal data will be used for administration, certification, and necessary communication.
- Marketing communications require separate consent, which may be withdrawn anytime.
- Completion confirms course requirements were met.
- Certification does not guarantee employment or professional opportunities.
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
- Disputes will first be addressed through discussion. If unresolved, they may be submitted to the competent District Court of Jakarta, Indonesia.
